Summary of Terms and Conditions

     Initial Deposit Refund (Exclusive of Christmas)
For bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival,
initial deposit (less $25 cancellation fee) will be refunded.

• A deposit, by check, of $400 on a Studio or 1 Bedroom and $500 on a 2 Bedroom is required within 7 days after booking (must be received in Hawaii). If a check for the deposit is not received in Hawaii within 7 days after booking, the reservation will be cancelled.

• Other than Christmas, full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 30 or less days prior to arrival date: DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Christmas: same initial deposit requirements. Cancellation deadline for refund: OCTOBER 1. Balance must be prepaid in full by NOVEMBER 15.
• Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 7 nights is required for : Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall Rates. The Spring, Summer & Fall minimums are subject to change.
• A 10 night minimum is required during the period December 15 through January 1.
• Credit Cards: Initial Deposit is required by check*. Balance of prepayment may be paid with VISA or MasterCard, with acceptable written authorization to Maui Resort Management.
• CHECK IN: 3 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 11 a.m.
• Once a week maid service.
